For over 15 years, Kristen Moosmiller has worked closely with hundreds of individuals and families, particularly those approaching or in retirement, providing comprehensive, tailor-made financial plans with a focus on investments and taxes. 

 

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Enrolled Agent with the IRS, she is experienced in maximizing tax savings for retirees. She also works with high-income individuals and small business owners, helping them strategize their tax savings in preparation for retirement. 

Her greatest joy is encouraging and supporting clients to achieve their personal dreams.

Stephanie Bailey, MSFP, CFP®
PARTNER, LEAD ADVISOR

Stephanie has loved finances since she was a teenager balancing her sister’s checkbook. It took a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Washington State University and many years of managing her family’s finances to realize her passion and desire to support others with charging forward toward their own financial freedom. 
 
Stephanie joined the finance world after staying at home with her children for sixteen years. She has a Master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University. Stephanie passed the CFP® exam in 2020 and completed the experience requirement to obtain her CFP® marks with NorthAvenue. Stephanie has an enthusiasm for teaching young people the ins and outs of finance and loves working with many of our clients’ adult children. She is grateful to be a part of each client’s financial journey.
 
As a military spouse, Stephanie has lived all over the United States. She has called Wyoming, Washington, Maryland, Arizona, California, Missouri, Texas, and Utah home.  Stephanie’s greatest joy is her husband, Travis, and three daughters: Lauren, Rachel, and Abigayle. Stephanie fills her free time with volunteering in her church, working out, and baking.

Jeff Theado
OPERATIONS STRATEGIST

Jeff is a proven leader in helping institutions find ways to drive efficiency. Thinking he would like to get into coaching football, he graduated from Ohio State in 2008 with a degree in Sports Leadership but ended up working in warehouse management for the university for a few years before joining Fisher’s MBA program in 2013. Upon graduating in 2015 he went to work for a global manufacturing firm headquartered in central Ohio until coming to NorthAvenue full-time in 2021. At NorthAvenue, Jeff is responsible for behind-the-scenes preparation for client meetings and tax returns, as well as handling a myriad of process improvements for the company.

 

Outside of work, Jeff tries to find time for just about everything, but his true passions are athletics and exploring. In addition to his love of team sports, he rides his bike annually in Pelotonia and completed Ironman Wisconsin in 2022. When not training or traveling with his wife Kristen, Jeff enjoys relaxing at home playing video games or reading.

Tracy Friedel
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Tracy has years of experience in the financial world as a Sr. Client Services Associate and is currently working as an Administrative Director. She has been working closely with the whole team to provide administrative support to NorthAvenue clients, locally and virtually.

Tracy just recently moved back to her hometown area, Medina, Ohio after living down in Bluffton, South Carolina for the last 12 years.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Akron in December 2010 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in business organizational communication and her associate’s degree in paralegal studies.
 
In Tracy's free time, you will likely find her enjoying time with her two children, Emmaleigh and Emerson.

Trista Hill
OFFICE MANAGER

Trista comes to NorthAvenue as an Office Manager with decades of small business and entrepreneurial experience including payroll, bookkeeping, marketing, and project / people management. Attention to detail and doing the right thing are important to her, and helping good people do what they want and need to do is a top priority. Trista loves to organize, clarify, and communicate and to bring a sense of warmth, honesty and humor to it all.

While Ohio has been Trista’s home for most her life, the western U.S. where she spent her early years still has her heart. She is a professional performing harpist, mentor, composer, recording artist, creative manager, and fine artist. When she is not playing the harp or teaching, she is spending time outdoors, collaborating with other artists, traveling or dreaming of it, exploring vegetarian food, listening to music or podcasts, or sitting quietly with her cat.

Victoria Asiedu
INTERN

Victoria Asiedu is a rising senior at the University of Cincinnati who joined our team as an intern in May and is set to graduate in April 2026. Double majoring in Finance and Real Estate, she is eager to learn as much as she can of the industry and grow her professional network. Victoria works closely with all our team members as we train her in everything from our organizational business practices to estate and tax planning to serving clients.
 
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Victoria is proud of her Ghanaian American heritage. She was raised to be her authentic self and chase after all her dreams. Her dream career is to become a CFP® and help people reach their financial goals. Victoria believes her valuable experience at NorthAvenue and her financial planning-based coursework at UC is developing into a strong, comprehensive foundation of what it means to be a financial advocate.

In Victoria's free time, you will likely find her at a thrift store, the library, or enjoying local restaurants.

Emily Paulus
OFFICE SUPPORT

After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a Hospitality Management degree, Emily pursued financial services within the auto and home loan industries. She enjoyed the close contact with clients while helping them tailor loans to meet their financial goals and is grateful to now be able to provide support on comprehensive financial planning. 

 

Working in sales based roles for six years, she was devoted to acting only in the best interest of the client after providing proper explanation and education, particularly when it concerned their financial future. Because of this, she knew she would only work with a fee-only company and was drawn to NorthAvenue’s commitment to ethics. 

 

Emily is originally from Columbus and now lives in Canal Winchester with her husband Josh and daughter Avery. While in school, Emily worked as an Emergency Medical Technician and a bread baker and still enjoys these on the volunteer and hobby level. She also loves hiking and walks with her dog, Goldie.

Bobbie Moosmiller, CPA Inactive
IN-HOUSE TAX CONSULTANT

Bobbie is a Columbus, Ohio native and a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University. Originally a school teacher, Bobbie opted for a career change after 10 years of educating Columbus' youth. Returning to college, this time at Franklin University, she majored in accounting earning the CPA designation shortly after graduation. 

 

As a Senior Tax Accountant, specializing in estate and trust tax laws, she boasts 30 years of experience as a practicing CPA. And, while Bobbie no longer maintains her CPA certification, she still brings serious tax expertise to the NorthAvenue team. 

 

Bobbie and husband John reside in Westerville, Ohio. Both are Buckeye football fans as well as enthusiastic travelers and artists. She escapes it all by cozying up with a good book, preferring British history and mysteries.
